3.0 Personal information that this app collects and why we collect it

1. Personal Information

While the sticker pack is being used by our Users we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from Kids and hereby specifically prohibit any User under the age of 13 from providing Company with any Personal Information. If you are a legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 and you believe that your child has provided Company Personal Information, please contact [email protected].

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” includes without limitation the following:

First and last name; A home or other physical address including street name and name of a city or town; Online contact information; A screen or user name that functions as online contact information; A telephone number; A social security number; A photograph, video, or audio file, where such file contains a Kid’s image or voice; Geolocation information sufficient to identify a User’s street name and name of a city or town; or Any information collected online from a Kid (and/or the Kid’s legal guardian) and combined with any item of information listed above.

We do not directly collect and store on its servers any Personal Information from Users of the sticker pack.

2. Non-personal Data

We collect non-identifiable and anonymous information via Apple, Inc. as detailed below (“Non-personal Data”).  Company only receives data from Apple from users who have agreed to share their diagnostics and usage information with app developers.

With respect to such sticker packs Non-personal Data, Company has no idea of the identity of the User from whom Apple collected the sticker pack Non-personal Data. Sticker pack Non-personal Data collected by Apple may include the following technical information: device type (e.g. iPhone, iPad, iPod) and country of sale (e.g. United States, United Kingdom, Germany, etc) or any number of additional information.

3.1 App visitation tracking

We only collect non-identifiable and anonymous information via Apple, Inc. as detailed in (“Non-personal Data”).

3.2 Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a children under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Our child-safe apps: – have no user registration process; – don’t collect personal user information; – don’t include sharing on social networks; – don’t allow users to post messages or images to each other; – don’t have advertising; – don’t contain competitions.

3.3 Contact forms and email links

We do not use contact forms or email links inside this sticker pack.

However should you choose to contact us via the contact form on our website or an email linking the AppStore, none of the data that you supply will be stored by this app or passed to / be processed by any of the third party data processors defined in section 4.0. Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices. We would suggest that you always consider email as an insecure medium and not include personal, confidential or otherwise sensitive information within an email.

3.4 Email newsletter

We do not use an email newsletter sign up inside this sticker pack.

However if you choose to join our email newsletter via our website, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to MailChimp who provide us with email marketing services. We consider MailChimp to be a third party data processor (see section 4.0 below). The email address that you submit will not be stored within this app’s own database or in any of our internal computer systems.

Your email address will remain within MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue to use MailChimp’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.

If you are under 16 years of age you MUST obtain parental consent before joining our email newsletter. While your email address remains within the MailChimp database, you will receive periodic (approximately one per month) newsletter-style emails from us.

4.0 How we store your personal information

We do not store any personal information in this app. We only collect data via MailChimp on our website .

We will report any unlawful data breach of our website’s database or the database(s) of any of our third party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
